1. Our standard delivery is charged at £5.95 per order,
which is only applicable to England, Wales and parts of Scotland.
2. We deliver Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 6.00pm. We
do not deliver at weekends unless a Saturday or
Sunday
delivery option has been selected.
3. You order should be delivered within 3-7 working days
after it has been dispatched.
4. A signature is required upon delivery and most
deliveries will be attempted
5. twice,unless there is a problem with the address, so it
is very important that the correct details of the address are given.
6. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier
will leave a
calling card to advise that
delivery has been attempted. You must follow the instructions on the
calling card. Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a
neighbour. The parcel may also be delivered to a Post Office for customer
collection or returned to the Delivery Depot. If the parcel is not claimed for
2 weeks the parcel will be returned to Mirajonline.
7. If your parcel is returned to us there may be
additional postage charges applied for further re-deliveries.
8. If you have not received your order and
more than 7 working days have lapsed since ordering,

free delivery which will be
available online. These offers are for the Mainland UK only, and exclude in their
entirety the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the

are for standard delivery, and may be available on a differing minimum spend
value via our website. Postage promotions and in particular free postage offers
are not applicable during sale periods and will be removed from the website and
